If you choose to buy an apartment, this does not require you to have a Bulgarian company. However if you decide to purchase land or a house you will be required to form a Bulgarian company. We have made this so simple all we need from you is a power of attorney to our accountant, a fee of nine hundred euro (900 euro) and this will take approximately one month. The accountant will look after allyour financial and legal needs.
We will structure your purchase around your company formation. This mean you will not lose your choice of property, because your company is not completed . After your inspection trip you will not be required to return to Bulgaria to complete your purchase. This can all be completed by our company if you so wish. After the purchase you will receive the following documents: Bulgarian notary deed, draft, your company formation documents , BULSTAT number. All of the documents will be translated to legal English translation.
